If you have 3.10 OE-A' / 3.30 OE-A then you don't need to use the 'Screen Height Fix' as those firmwares have PAL region support. If you have 3.03 OE-C and you are using 'PAL' region games you will need to tick the "Screen Height Fix" box before converting. This guide will work on 3.03OE-C, 3.10OE-A' and 3.30 OE-A, and quite possibly every future version of custom firmware. Re-wrote the entire guide since the old one was over 3 months old and there is a better way to convert your PSX Games.
