#Ps1 eboot screen how to
This guide will show you how to convert a PSX game from a CD to a PSP EBOOT.ġ. The 'popsloader' plugin for 3.03 OE-C / 3.10 OE-A is incompatible with 3.30 OE-A so it will not work. If you have 3.03 OE-C or 3.10 OE-A' you can use the 'Popsloader' plugin to load the emulators from different firmware versions.Įxample: So you can load the 3.10 OE-A' PSX emulator when you have 3.03 OE-C custom firmware installed.Ī 'popsloader' plugin for 3.30 OE-A is being worked on at the moment, This is because the PSX emulator program is being changed / tweaked by Sony to work with different games and some of these changes 'break' the compatibility with games that worked before. The compatibility of the PSX emulator is fairly high but there may be a few games that won't work properly.Įxamples: Game plays too fast, audio and video out of sync (not matching up), missing graphics / audio etc.Ī game that doesn't work on 3.03 OE-C might work better on 3.10 OE-A or 3.30 OE-A and a game that works perfectly on 3.03 OE-C might not work too well on 3.10 OE-A or 3.30 OE-A.

If you have 3.10 OE-A' / 3.30 OE-A then you don't need to use the 'Screen Height Fix' as those firmwares have PAL region support. If you have 3.03 OE-C and you are using 'PAL' region games you will need to tick the "Screen Height Fix" box before converting. This guide will work on 3.03OE-C, 3.10OE-A' and 3.30 OE-A, and quite possibly every future version of custom firmware. Re-wrote the entire guide since the old one was over 3 months old and there is a better way to convert your PSX Games.
